1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and i8fb (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the i8fb platform, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

i8fb operates as an offshore online gaming platform. Access to and use of the platform is governed exclusively by these Terms & Conditions. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering an account. i8fb makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Accessing i8fb from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done at the Player's own risk and legal liability.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions (where provided for convenience) and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

i8fb reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The most current version of these terms will always be accessible at this page. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the i8fb platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The i8fb platform is strictly reserved for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, log in, deposit funds, place wagers, or access any real-money feature of the platform. This requirement applies universally to all Players regardless of location.

By completing registration you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and will remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any other person.
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You have not previously been excluded from the i8fb platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a household of an i8fb employee, contractor, or affiliated game provider.

2.1 Age Verification

i8fb reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any Player at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of routine compliance checks. Acceptable documentation includes a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate clearly showing date of birth. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be provided will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accrued during the suspension period may be voided.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the i8fb platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This information must match the details on your government-issued identification documents. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

i8fb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard industry practice and anti-money laundering principles. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, following any significant change in betting patterns, or at any other time at i8fb's reasonable discretion. The documents typically required include:

• Proof of identity: national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and address.
• Proof of payment method: confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to i8fb's satisfaction. i8fb will acknowledge receipt of KYC documents within two (2) business days and will endeavour to complete the review within five (5) business days of receiving all required documents.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your i8fb account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. i8fb will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or any third party — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify i8fb support immediately so that a temporary account suspension can be applied.

3.4 Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your i8fb account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification being complete. i8fb may take up to ten (10) business days to process a voluntary account closure request.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the i8fb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). i8fb does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered within the platform cashier.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

i8fb currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The payment methods available to any individual Player may vary based on account verification status, transaction history, and operational factors. i8fb reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at i8fb is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and three (3) business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. i8fb does not charge fees on deposits; however, the Player's payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which i8fb accepts no responsibility.

Only payment accounts registered in the Player's own name may be used for deposits. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account, less any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. i8fb aims to process withdrawal requests for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within thirty (30) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

i8fb reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, and to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. In such cases, i8fb will notify the Player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

i8fb offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cricket cashback offers during BPL and T20 fixtures, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi cultural calendar. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus offers are available to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, KYC verification on the i8fb platform.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the total value of the bonus — or in some cases the combined value of the bonus plus the qualifying deposit — must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and other game categories may contribute at a lower percentage, as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Each bonus has a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

i8fb actively monitors account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing low-variance bets exclusively to fulfil wagering requirements; participating in bonus offers as part of a coordinated group strategy; and using automated software to place bets during a bonus period. Where bonus abuse is detected, i8fb reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently close the Player's account without further notice.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

i8fb runs promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar, including Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and the BPL cricket season. These campaigns are published on the platform with their own specific eligibility criteria, offer values, wagering requirements, and validity periods. 6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

i8fb is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and where warranted, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration or during any KYC or identity verification process; impersonating another person; using a stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment method.
• Money laundering: Using the i8fb platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. i8fb cooperates with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in connection with suspected money laundering activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event in a manner that provides an unfair advantage to one or more parties.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other form of automated software to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, bug, or malfunction in the platform's software, game engines, or cashier. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be recouped from the Player's account balance.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction via a payment provider. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of all associated funds.
• Abuse of staff: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward any i8fb customer support representative or other staff member via any communication channel.

6.2 Responsible Use of the Platform

i8fb encourages all Players to use the platform responsibly. 7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the i8fb platform — including but not limited to the i8fb brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, data compilations, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of i8fb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the i8fb platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without i8fb's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to deliver the platform or its games.
• Use i8fb's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means.

Game titles and associated assets made available through i8fb's platform remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Use of those assets is governed by the respective provider's licensing arrangements with i8fb.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i8fb, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the i8fb platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from the outcome of games, sports bets, or any other wagering activity.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes, odds, or account balances resulting from technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any Bangladeshi bank.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws governing online gambling.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by i8fb.

8.1 Platform Availability

i8fb endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability. However, scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and circumstances beyond i8fb's control — including but not limited to network outages, acts of God, and force majeure events — may result in periods of unavailability. i8fb accepts no liability for losses attributable to platform downtime, regardless of its cause.

8.2 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to i8fb's offshore operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to i8fb's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. Players agree that they will not bring any class-action or representative claim against i8fb.

8.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
